Thursdays Quotes, Part 1: “On War:

(Photo property of FBC, Omnia Caelum Studios Valencia)

Here is a brief photo montage video of images I’ve taken in Barcelona, Montserrat and on the Western, Aegean Coast of Turkey. If you liked it, let me know what you think, about this and about war…

I enjoyed this montage, Francisco! Some great quotes you have shared. I would like to share one of my own which may not resonate with many of your readers, but I know you will see the truth in the words: “There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.” – Ernest Hemingway

So glad you liked it Brad, I thought you would and thank you so much! And Hemingway’s quote is certainly one which carries 100% truth and to the which I subscribe to…I know that from two things in my life that I’ve done…
      All the best my friend,

Excellent montage Francesc and all those quotes are so true. Today our Prime Minister announced that it was time to stop cutting back on the defence budget, and supported his statement with a massive increase in defence spending. Of course, nobody really wants to spend money on weapons that (hopefully) may never be used, but you can only keep your country safe if you argue from a position of strength. Adversaries never respect weakness.

Awesome! Well done, Francisco! All the best to you from me.😊 Nina
